The Palo Alto County Gaming Corp. will distribute proceeds through two distinct grant programs.

The PACGDC will distribute the majority of its funds through the grant process.  Once an organization has been awarded a grant, they will be required to sign a grant agreement and file quarterly and final reports. The grant application as well as the required reporting documents are available for download on this page.

PLEASE NOTE: Deadline for Submissions is December 28, 2007. Review the application instructions and guidelines carefully. Application forms contained in this PDF MUST be used.

The Grant Application button below links to a PDF Form version of the Grant Application. This form will allow you to fill in the necessary information on your computer rather than having to print it and fill in the information long hand. You will still need to print the required copies of the finished form and send it to the Palo Alto County Gaming Development Corporation to be eligible for consideration.

How to Use the 'Grant Application' Form: The TAB key will move you through the different fields of the form. If you are using Adobe Reader to view the form, you will not be able to save any of the information you enter– once you fill out the information and close the document, you will lose the information you've entered. If you are using Acrobat Professional you will be able to save the finished form locally.

In addition to the grant process, the PACGDC has made the decision to distribute one-sixth of its proceeds to the cities in the county based on population.  The cities of Emmetsburg, Graettinger, West Bend, Ruthven, Mallard, Ayrshire, Cylinder, Rodman, and Curlew will receive these funds in February or March of 2008 upon receipt of signed grant agreements. The documents specific to these city grant agreements are available for download below.
